Fees, Terms & Billing process

Room Booking Fees 

• Casual bookings for 60 minutes duration:
  $17.00 + GST ($17.70 including GST).
  
  
• Sessional bookings:
  (4 hour / ½ day) are $60 + GST ($66 including GST)

• Room use agreement to be signed by the parties prior to commencement of use, including the practitioner providing proof of relevant qualifications & practice insurance
• Bookings & cancellations are made via the booking system on this website
• Rooms to be vacated on time at 30 minute or 60 minute intervals as per booking, ready for use by next practitioner
• Rooms to be left clean, in good order & arranged as found
• Late cancellations of bookings, i.e. in less than 24 hours of booking, will incur the full room booking fee

Billing Process 

Invoices for room use in the previous month are issued at the beginning of each month with strictly 14 day payment terms.

Payment may be made by cash, cheque or electronic funds transfer.
