It is a tastefully refurbished Victorian home situated within minutes walk of bus and train stations, ample off-street parking, Seddon shopping village, and the growing Footscray medical-health precinct. 

It offers two furnished consulting rooms suitable for seeing individuals, couples or families for casual or ongoing rental to these practitioners at reasonable rates. Rooms are available Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm and 8am to 1pm Saturdays.
